The Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS) program at Howard Community College meets and exceeds the required Standards and Guidelines for accreditation on all our concentrations: Abdominal Sonography, Ob/Gyn Sonography, Adult Echocardiography, and Vascular Sonography. The DMS program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) upon the recommendation of the Joint Review Committee on Education in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (JRCDMS).
