Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) is a credentialing body for cardiovascular technology professionals. CCI awards credentials in cardiac sonography, vascular sonography, phlebology, and related cardiovascular disciplines.
Credentials Issued
CCI sonography-related credentials include: RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer), RCCS (Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer), RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist), RPhS (Registered Phlebology Sonographer), and ACS (Advanced Cardiac Sonographer). CCI also issues non-ultrasound cardiovascular credentials including RCIS, CCT, and CRAT.
