The AIUM Carmine M. Valente Distinguished Service Award honors an AIUM member whose longstanding contributions in furtherance of the AIUM mission warrant special merit. The recipient is selected by AIUM staff and the AIUM President and the award is presented at the AIUM Annual Convention.
