The AASLD Liver Meeting 2026 is the annual conference of the American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, held November 5–9, 2026, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado. Sessions cover hepatology research, clinical practice, and diagnostics including liver ultrasound, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and shear wave elastography for liver fibrosis assessment. The Liver Meeting is the principal annual venue for presenting advances in non-invasive liver disease assessment methods.
