Joshua A. Copel

Dr. Joshua A. Copel, MD, is a board-certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialist and Professor at Yale School of Medicine, where he serves as Vice Chair of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences and Assistant Dean of Clinical Affairs. He has been a pioneering figure in prenatal diagnosis and fetal therapy, with deep expertise in fetal echocardiography. Dr. Copel has served as President of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM), the Society for Maternal-Fetal Medicine (SMFM), and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ISUOG). He is a program director for the Best of the Big Apple OB-GYN Ultrasound CME conference.
