The School of Diagnostic Medical Sonography at Henry Ford Providence Southfield Hospital is a hospital-based clinical training program in Southfield, Michigan. The 21-month CAAHEP-accredited program provides instruction in Abdomen-Extended, Obstetrics, Gynecology, Sonographic Physics and Instrumentation, and Vascular ultrasound examinations. The program accepts a maximum of four students per cohort and graduates are eligible for ARDMS credentialing examinations.
